Meet the Principal. Meet Jen.
Jen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic planning, business development, and operational transformation. Over the last 20 years, she has held leadership roles in various industries, including SaaS, financial services, and management consulting, where she has consistently driven revenue growth, optimized operations, and improved customer experiences. She founded The Transformative Consultant Network LLC in 2023, where she provided go-to-market guidance to a search fund-acquired firm providing employment-based visa programs, and is currently pursuing a search venture under Genesis Growth Partners, to acquire and operate a business in Northeast Ohio.
She holds a Master’s in Communications from The University of Akron and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from The University of Kentucky – where she also served as co-captain of the 26-time national champion cheerleading squad. The UK cheerleading program is widely regarded as one of the most successful collegiate programs in the United States, consistently setting a high standard for excellence in the sport and service in the community. Additionally, Jen completed continuing education coursework at the Flatiron School in NYC in 2023 (Product Design UX/UI) and attended the Entrepreneurship through Acquisition for Executives Program at Case Western Reserve University in June 2025. She was a 2024-2025 executive member of the Pavilion professional network, where she attended the Chief Customer Officer School (2024) and the Chief Revenue Officer School (2025). Jen also served on the advisory board for Mercy University’s Women in Leadership Program in 2023.
Personally, Jen was born and raised in Wooster, Ohio, on a small family farm that included horses, cows, and show rabbits. She was an active member of 4-H and a competitive dancer and gymnast, which made sharing a 3-bdrm, 1-bath home with 3 other siblings a ‘confining’ challenge! Ah yes, resilience!
Today, Jen resides in Twinsburg, Ohio with her husband of 12 years (Kevin), her two children, and a mini goldendoodle (Charlie). She is an active member of the Twinsburg City Schools PTA, the Twinsburg Chamber of Commerce, and a very proud soccer and dance mom.
